Plain Sourdough Bagels

A 3-pack of fresh bagels with a subtle flavor, perfect for eating plain, or adding your favorite topping.  If you need to freeze these, I suggest cutting in half as you would for toasting.  Then you can grab them out of the freezer and put right in the toaster.  These are brushed with egg white before baking.
